Projects & National interests:

Our National Foundation has undertaken several projects and initiatives aimed at encouraging institutions to better invest their human resources through the proper use of their training budget in order to develop national human resources and develop the skills and capabilities of Bahraini labors.

Providing and encouraging institutions to invest in e-training courses.
Opening the first e-learning center in Kingdom of Bahrain with participation with Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance and another one at Bahrain Training Institute.
Honoring all institutions that have implemented the e-learning method under the patronage of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
Presenting the first national project for the optimal use of the budget of the joint institutions in the vocational training system at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs by proposing the implementation of a comprehensive training plan for institutions wishing through intermediary institutions.
Qualifying the production institutions to obtain ISO 9000 certification, ISO 14000 environmental management systems, ISM Code, QS 9000 quality system, and other internationally approved certificates.
Signing a cooperation agreement with the Occupational Health and Safety Association to employ the self-learning technology in the field of occupational health and safety, which will help to develop educational outputs for Bahraini workers and raise awareness of occupational safety and health concepts according to the latest scientific techniques.
Special offers with the Bahrain Businessmen Association, the Association of Administrators, the Association of Administrators in the field of activating human resources and providing training plans to assist in the rehabilitation and graduation of advanced scientific competencies.
